Why do you have order cut offs?

We make your GF pasta fresh. In order to meet expectations, we have to organize production and shipping logistics accordingly.  We know, you want it tomorrow, but that built up anticipation is totally worth the wait! 

Shipping:

We ship direct, to you - frozen fresh. We use eco-friendly, and post-consumer packaging – your package might have been a water bottle! Everything you receive from us is curbside recyclable and we encourage you to drop it in your recycle bin. Your pasta will arrive in an insulated package, or box with a refrigerant inside to maintain cold shipping temperature - please freeze on arrival!  

All orders are shipped on the Wednesday of the following week the order was placed - except during holidays.  Holiday & New Year production time is kicked out an additional week or two.  We open orders up for weekly pre-order.  The magic happens over the weekend, and then we full-fill your order.  Order cut off is midnight EST on Friday – if you didn’t make the cutoff for that week, reach out on FB or Instagram messenger to see if we can sneak you in because we totally will if we can! All orders will have text updates if you sign up for it at checkout. 

We strongly recommend next day or 2 day air for all orders West & South of TN.

Covid:

Our pasta is shipped in an insulated box w/ a refrigerant such as a gel pack or dry ice. Unfortunately, the shipping logistics of the entire Country - well, planet for that matter are so inconsistent right now.  We appreciate your eagerness for our pasta, and really do appreciate your frustration because at the end of the day we are also consumers too - but we have no control over shipping logistics once orders hit the courier loading dock.  After testing with FedEx, UPS, and USPS, we are only shipping with UPS as they have been very consistent so far.  As indicated above we ship early in the week as preventative measure against an order sitting in a transit terminal for a weekend.  ***We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond in-house fulfilment.***  In-house pauses in production due to positive staff  Covid-19 test results can also delay fulfillment periods.  We will assess each shipping related incident on a case by case basis, and will resend fresh orders plus the cost of shipping.  

If you have an issue, we will do everything we can to try and help you. The quickest way to reach us is at info@gf-pasta.com. Please be patient if it is over the weekend. Please do not reach out to us on social media for shipping issues, email is best. We are a M-F shop, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible during these hours.

Returns:

GF-Pasta is committed to your satisfaction.  We are in the business of solving the Gluten Free pasta problem, and if you experience anything that doesn’t meet your satisfaction – we want to hear about it! We do not accept physical returns, however, we will issue refunds and replacement order’s on a case by case basis. We may ask for details such as photos of the product, lot number, or product & packaging description to assist on our end. So please contact us with any issue, we want to hear from you!

Cancelations: 

Had a change of heart? We get it. No worries, you can cancel your order right up until we make it.  We cannot cancel it after it has been made, but reach out anyway, and we'll do our best to work with you. We want the GFP community happy out there - we can always donate it to our local food bank!
